Even though the standard products offered by Connect2it runs into the thousands and continue to expand we still experience numerous requests for custom solutions.
To satisfy this need we have engineers and custom manufacturing facilities available to us that can provide solutions to some of the most difficult problems. These solutions range from simple changes to spring contact test probes to very intricate module designs which incorporate the appropriate compliant conductive interconnect product. Here are just some examples of the flexibility that Connect2it has been able to provide to both large and small customers:
- Conductive Elastomer & Polymer Test Sockets - Using Conductive Polymer and Conductive Elastomer to provide fine pitch, low maintenance test sockets.
- Custom high current probes - Current rating, materials used and the innovative low resistance straight through plunger design. These are the factors that provided a product for the testing of a diode product offered by one of our customers.
- MCM Interface Module - The goal was to provide a contact solution between two rows of pads. The difficulty being that the individual contacts had a problem with alignment and needed to be on a very fine pitch. The solution turned out to be a module that housed our Micron series semiconductor test probes.
- Custom Double Ended Coax Test Probe - Designed to fit into a high speed brass ring that connected to a DUT board for semiconductor test.
- High Speed Interfaces - Connect2it has provided many custom shapes and sizes of conductive compliant Elastomer products.
- Custom Battery Contacts - Battery contacts have become a specialty for Connect2it we have a large range of standard products and many more that have been produced for various applications: Computer interfaces, Cell Phone Interfaces, Hand Held Rechargeable Instrument and medical equipment, even gaming equipment.
